We are looking for a Software Testing Engineer (QA/QC) to join our team and contribute to a variety of projects, including web and mobile applications for both internal and external clients.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality and delivering the best user experience, especially for projects targeting the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, design test cases, and develop comprehensive test plans
- Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify technical designs and ensure testability
- Research and propose improvements to optimize testing processes and efficiency
- Execute various types of testing, including:
- Functional Testing
- Performance Testing
- Stress Testing
- Data Flow Validation
- Ensure product quality and compliance with Japanese market standards
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in manual testing (open to high-potential fresh graduates)
- Solid understanding of software testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with bug tracking and task management tools
- Familiarity with QA tools and automation frameworks is a plus
- Experience working on projects for the Japanese market is highly preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset

- Working hours:
Monday – Friday and the last Saturday of the month
08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (8 hours/day)
