We are looking for a Software Testing Engineer (QA/QC) to join our team and contribute to a variety of projects, including web and mobile applications for both internal and external clients.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality and delivering the best user experience, especially for projects targeting the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements, design test cases, and develop comprehensive test plans
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify technical designs and ensure testability
  • Research and propose improvements to optimize testing processes and efficiency
  • Execute various types of testing, including:
    • Functional Testing
    • Performance Testing
    • Stress Testing
    • Data Flow Validation
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with Japanese market standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in manual testing (open to high-potential fresh graduates)
  • Solid understanding of software testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience with bug tracking and task management tools
  • Familiarity with QA tools and automation frameworks is a plus
  • Experience working on projects for the Japanese market is highly preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset

Working Hours & Location

  • Working hours:
    Monday – Friday and the last Saturday of the month
    08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (8 hours/day)
    Public holidays follow government regulations
