We are looking for Fresher/Junior Bridge System Engineers (BrSE) who have strong Japanese skills and an interest in IT. This position is suitable for candidates who want to start and grow their career in the IT industry, especially in working with Japanese clients.
You will be trained and supported to become a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Support communication with Japanese clients under the guidance of Project Managers/Leaders
- Assist in gathering and conveying project requirements between clients and the development team
- Translate documents (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese/English) during the project lifecycle
- Support project progress tracking and coordination with the development team
- Learn and gradually participate in requirement analysis and software development processes
Your Skills and Experience
- Japanese proficiency: N2 or above (good communication skills preferred)
- Interest in IT (basic knowledge is sufficient, no deep technical expertise required)
- Good logical thinking and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Willingness to develop a career path as BrSE and/or Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or background in IT (e.g., studied IT, basic programming knowledge)
- Experience studying or working in a Japanese-related environment
- Long-term career orientation in the IT industry

Working Hours & Location
- Working hours:
Monday – Friday and the last Saturday of the month
08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (8 hours/day)
