We are looking for a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to support our projects by facilitating communication between our development team and Japanese clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) and other BrSEs in direct client interactions, including requirement negotiations with Japanese clients.
- Act as a bridge between the development team and Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Translate project documents and specifications between Japanese and the development team.
- Support the development team in preparing reports and tracking project progress.
- Assist the Project Manager or Team Leader with management tasks.
Skills & Experience
General Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher.
- Strong understanding of IT workflows with the ability to adapt flexibly.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take on challenges. Able to work under high pressure.
- Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
Technical & Communication Skills:
- Experience in real-world communication using Japanese.
- Basic knowledge of IT software development.
- Prior experience working in Japanese IT companies is preferred.
- Background as a software engineer (in any role) is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, problem summarization, and communication skills.

Working Hours & Location
- Working schedule: Monday – Friday and the last Saturday of the month, from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours/day). Public holidays follow state regulations.
- Office location: Floors 3-5, Waseco Building, No. 10 Pho Quang, Ward 02, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
